Smart Frame: Smart Framework for SMEs focused on Modern Industrial Technologies, Central Europe Interreg, no. 3CE281P1, budget: 2 mln EUR, 2011-2013

The project creates a dynamic network by connecting partners from several European countries and focuses on SMEs operating in the high technology areas: materials, surfaces, sensors, processes and the integration of these four. The main goals of the project within the Smart R&D Cooperation are building a sustainable network, bringing the experts together, evoking common projects and collaboration. Smart Settlement aims at settling down companies around the project partners sites. SWOT Analysis enabled identifing common strenghts and weaknesses and deriving Smart Action Plan accordingly. Another goal of the project is to improve conditions for spin-offs. Within those activities a Smart Spin-off Model was elaborated.
